Send email from a different address in Outlook
If you have been granted permissions to connect to another email account or group email account, you can choose to send email from that address. For example, you might receive a message sent to your Work Email account but reply to it using your Group Email Address.
Enable the From Line

If the From line is not present on your screen you will need to click on Options, then in the Show Fields section select From.

In the compose window, select
> Show From to see the From line.

Select From and choose which email address you want to use.

If the address, you are trying to send from is not present click on the Other Email Address... option at the bottom of the window.

In the active window "Send From Other Email Address" click the From button to launch the Address Book.

Make sure to search under the Global Address List for the Other Email Address.

For this example, we are searching for Medical Records - ENT. Once you find the account, highlight it and then click OK. If you have permissions to send on behalf of this account you will be able to save it to your profile.

Now if you select the
> Show From to see the From line you should see the recently added email address.
